We have a fully temperature-controlled warehouse where we can store your goods as well as pick and pack throughout the year.

Can I cancel or change my order?
You can cancel/adjust your order up until the proof is approved. Once the proof is approved – we will have to charge for any cancellations or changes.
Can I have my products delivered to multiple locations?
We frequently drop-ship to multiple locations for our clients. The starting rate is $5.00 per dropship after 4 free locations. Factory-direct shipping rates fluctuate. Whether you need us to pick and pack, custom kit, or just re-direct your shipments – we do it!
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, TCB Promotions ships domestically and internationally. We are well versed in international shipping documents.
Can I have my products stored if I don't need them right away?
We have two storage locations to store any or all merchandise you do not need immediately. We do many fulfillment programs and ship out throughout the year.
All storage locations are temperature controlled and secure – so you never have to worry about misplaced inventory.
How much is freight?
We calculate our freight estimated through our preferred shipping company: UPS. Freight is typically quoted on your order – but should be expected to fluctuate.
